First thank you for showing me around on Monday, December 5. My husband and I have decided we are no longer interested in buying another house on the island at this time. We love the location, which is walking distance to everything, and our waterfront is more spacious and private than any of the canal homes.

My wife and I flew to Florida to meet Mike and his partner, Eric, in order to see condos for purchase on Long Boat Key. They had the entire whirlwind weekend set up very professionally and efficiently and we never felt rushed. They had a great brochure put together of the properties we were going to see and they had stopped at each property prior to our arrival to assure a smooth walk through, even going as far to talk with condo association residents and condo owners to get a feel for some of the properties.
